A cyber attack targeted the Paris prosecutor, Rémy Heitz, but also Parisian magistrates and lawyers in charge of sensitive cases.
The Paris prosecutor's office on Friday opened a preliminary investigation after this act of piracy which attempted to reach the Ministry of Justice and actors in the judicial world, we learned this Sunday from concordant sources.
This investigation, revealed by the JDD, was opened for "attacks against automated data processing systems containing personal data implemented by the State", indicated a judicial source.
The investigations were entrusted to the General Directorate of Internal Security (DGSI), the French internal intelligence service.
"Certain services of the Ministry of Justice were this week the target of a computer attack which was brought under control" indicated the Chancellery.

“Thursday morning, I saw that I was receiving emails from people who hadn't emailed me for three years, on old files, I didn't understand what was going on.
I had vaguely seen the day before a curious email, which I had tried to open, "said one of the lawyers affected, Me Jean-Marc Delas.
This lawyer's computer system was disrupted for a day and a half.
On Sunday, the Interior Ministry said in a statement "currently the victim of a campaign of attack by courier", without knowing if the two attacks are linked.
