The Fortnight saga is not going anywhere.
After Apple and Google removed the game from stores, and following Fortnite maker Epic Games' lawsuit, Apple filed a counterclaim for breach of contract.
As you may recall, the story began when Afik allowed gamers to purchase game coins directly through it, instead of doing so through the stores.
The battle, which was ugly anyway, became even uglier later on, as Apple and Google removed the game from stores and also dropped update options.

It does not look like it will end well
"Although Afik portrays itself as a corporate Robin Hood, it's ultimately a multi-billion dollar company that simply wants to pay nothing for the rights and benefits of the app store," the lawsuit reads.
It was further alleged that Afik earned more than $ 600 million as a result of being in Appstore, and is now asking the court for "a reward for violating and ignoring all the income, profits and benefits it received for this period."
Afik asked the court on Friday to rule that Apple would return it to the app store, claiming that it was a revenge move that would severely damage the company.
The daily number of users has decreased, according to Afik, by about 60 percent.
Earlier, the court ordered Apple not to block Afik's development environment.
Afik is worth $ 17.3 billion, "slightly" less than Apple, which has returned below $ 2 trillion following the decline in Wall Street in recent days, and is now worth just $ 1.96 trillion.
