After 3 years: Google Maps returns to Apple Watch

In 2017, for unknown reasons, Google removed the Apple Watch-adapted map app.

Google tends to try a lot of things.

One of them was a collection of watch-friendly maps, launched in 2015, several months after the first Apple Watch emerged on the world air.

These maps are meant to make it easier for Apple watch wearers, however in 2017 Google abandoned the project without explanation.

While Google and Apple are synonymous with opposites, three years later Google realized that they might be better off returning to the clock and so it was.

As of yesterday (Tuesday) Google Maps is once again popping up on the watch screens.

No one can say.

Why is she back?
