"Lying with a robe and holding his penis": Women testified that Roi Arad sexually assaulted them
Six women testified in an investigation published in "The Hottest Place in Hell" that journalist and poet Roy Chiki Arad sexually assaulted them, three of them while they were minors.
The stories took place in the early 2000s, when Arad was in his early 20s.
Arad has announced that he is resigning from Haaretz

Six women testify in an investigation published this morning on the "Hottest Place in Hell" website by journalist Sharon Sporer, that journalist, poet and musician Roy Chiki Arad sexually assaulted them - three of them while they were minors.
The stories took place in the early 2000s, when Arad was in his early 20s.
One of them, A., 36, recounted an incident that happened when she was 14 in which he invited her to the roof to watch a sunset.
"I went up and knocked on the door," says A.
"The door was open and he was lying with a robe and holding his penis in his hand. Without saying anything. He took my head and it was as if it was clear what he expected me to do in this situation. It was the first time I saw a man's penis and sucked on someone. I was very "Little. And he knew it. It's not like in the case of Eyal Golan, who claimed that he did not know."
Another case published in the investigation allegedly occurred in 2003. B. was then 16 years old and studied with Thelma Yellin.
She met Arad at a bar in Tel Aviv, and claimed to know how old she was.

At home she claimed "he lay down on the bed and looked at me and started trying to convince me to join him in bed. It was uncomfortable for me and I kept standing at the door. At one point he approached me and turned me face to wall and clung to me from behind and started touching me. Can't remember how long it lasted "Maybe a minute or two. I froze. I didn't know what to do. It felt awkward and threatening to me."
After pinning her to the wall, she claims she managed to break free of him.
"I ran downstairs and he yelled at me while 'What are you a virgin?'

Additional evidence in the investigation is that of D., who was 21-22 years old 14-15 years ago.
She befriended Arad, and they arranged to meet, but claimed not as a date.
She says that Arad opened the door with a robe and tried to persuade her to enter the pool.
"I said 'no', that I was not interested and he kept trying but I did not want to. Then he started laying hands on me. I took them off for him. And he put them on me again. And again I took them off and so on several times until I got up and left."
Last night, on the eve of the publication of the investigation, Arad immediately informed himself of his positions in the Haaretz newspaper and in the magazine Maayan that he founded, and wrote on Facebook: "Even if I do not remember the things described, my heart breaks and the women who sometimes carried two whole decades have such murky feelings about Eli. It's good that the pus broke out. Although I did not have malice, blindness is no less terrible. I am ashamed of myself.
