Dynamics Network announced a merger with Mobilab, the only company that provides a mobile phone repair service throughout the country, which has conquered Israel in the past year.

As a supplementary measure to sell the phones, which is considered the strongest activity of the network, decided dynamics on merger with Mobilab, offering smartphone repairs at the customer or in any other spot where the customer chooses, including the workplace, hotel, gates and other army bases.

We realized that we had to get as far as the customer's home, especially these days when customers avoid leaving the house or cannot do so.

The merger with Mobilab allows the customer to enjoy all the benefits under one roof, "said Eli Addi, CEO of the Dynamics chain.

Dynamics Network recently made a series of moves in the spirit of the period, including investing in strengthening online sales, adding diverse categories of new products such as TV screens, developing a delivery service that reaches the customer on the same day and opening a fifth branch in Eilat.

From now on, the new service will be called 'Dynamics Mobilab'.

With the merger and in the run-up to the closure, the dynamics of the technicians' situation will increase nationwide.



During the corona period, the technician will perform the repair in the public space near the customer's home or in his vehicle, in order to reduce contact.

The repair lasts up to half an hour, saving customers valuable time of picking up and waiting, and leaving the house for crowded spaces.

This service is also suitable for customers who are in isolation, leaving the mobile in a bag outside the door.

In addition, the repair service is considered an essential service by the Ministry of Health, and therefore will also continue during the closure.

The repair order process is simple and quick, and can be done on the Dynamics Network website.

Ordering the technician is from day to day, and a technician can be ordered between one and two hours ahead.

Hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The price of the service is known to the customer in advance according to the details entered on the website and payment is made after the repair.

Dynamics emphasizes that there is a 3-month warranty on the repair - except for water damage and a screen break.
