The white plan will be applied in the 13 HCL establishments located in the Lyon area.

Several exceptional measures will thus be put in place, such as the installation of crisis units in each hospital group, the opening of dedicated units for Covid patients, and the extension of reception capacities in intensive care.

The possibility of postponing or deprogramming certain non-urgent interventions is also on the program, as well as the recourse to external reinforcements (interim, students, retirees).

The white plan has also been activated in hospitals in Île-de-France, in Montpellier and in establishments in Saint-Etienne.
