She was in love with Chris Roberts, a pop singer with a center parting.
So Bettina invested her pocket money in postcards and stamps to promote hits like "I'm in love with love" or "You can't always be 17".
She used a different pen for each card, changed her handwriting, and used the senders of trusted classmates.
Manipulating was laborious manual labor back then.
