Four people were indicted on Saturday in Paris for "rape, aggravated pimping and aggravated human trafficking" and two of them were imprisoned, including a famous producer in the pornographic industry, according to a judicial source.
The actor, director and producer nicknamed "Pascal OP" is also being prosecuted for "aggravated pimping money laundering and tax fraud laundering" as well as "hidden work", said a source familiar with the matter.
The latter is renowned for its “French Bukkake” pornographic video platform.
According to this same source, five potential victims have been identified for the facts of "rape, aggravated procuring and aggravated human trafficking".
The four suspects were arrested Tuesday and taken into custody in the premises of the research section of the Paris gendarmerie, responsible for the investigation, said the judicial source.
New business in the porn industry
Two of them were also indicted for "dissemination of the recording of images relating to the commission of a willful attack on the integrity of the person", according to the judicial source.
At the end of the police custody, two individuals, including Pascal OP, were placed in pre-trial detention and the other two under judicial supervision.
A fifth person, also arrested Tuesday, is not being prosecuted, she said.
This new affair which concerns the pornographic industry is distinct from the investigation for “rapes” and “procuring” which since July 10 aims at the production of videos of the Jacquie et Michel site, incarnation in France of the amateur porn scene.
In this case, three feminist associations - Dare feminism, the Effronté-es and the Nid movement - had made a report to the justice in February after the broadcast of a video by the Konbini site.
