Zoom, behind you: Facebook, the owner of WhatsApp, is currently exploring the possibility of integrating the video and audio calls available in the smartphone app into computers (Web version), according to the WABetaInfo blog.
The new options are already in development, as the latest beta version contains buttons for making calls.
How will it work?
From the published photos, you can see that as soon as you receive a call on WhatsApp, you will see an alert window that will display the contact image, where you can answer the call or reject it.
Also, during the call a smaller floating window will appear, this will provide details about the call.
