A person, who claimed to want to detonate bombs hidden in bags, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the Part-Dieu station in Lyon (RhĂ´ne).
The station, one of the busiest in France, was evacuated and a security perimeter put in place, SNCF announced on Twitter.

According to the regional daily Le Progrès, a bomb threat was launched at 2:27 p.m.
A woman carrying several bags allegedly threatened to blow them up and shouted “Allah Akbar” (“God is great”).
The scene would have caused a crowd movement, according to several people present.
