She was indicted on Thursday for "apologizing for terrorism" as another 13-year-old, who had posted the same photo on Twitter.
"My client is a clumsy young man who does not adhere at all to the theses of radical Islam", specifies his lawyer, Me Manel Gharbi.
The two minors were placed under judicial supervision, then handed over to their parents.
They will be subject to educational monitoring by a juvenile judge.
