A 47-year-old man was taken into police custody Thursday evening, as part of the investigation into the Nice attack which left three dead.
He is suspected of having been in contact with the perpetrator the day before the attack, according to our information.
The terrorist, injured during the intervention of the Nice police, is still hospitalized in serious condition.

He killed three parishioners Thursday morning with a knife inside the Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption basilica in Nice, shouting "Allah Akbar".
The victims are the sacristan and two faithful who came to pray in the Basilica of Our Lady of the Assumption.
One of them, aged 44, is a Brazilian mother of three children.
