In France, 231 people have died from the coronavirus in the past 24 hours, according to figures published by Public Health France this Sunday, November 1.
The pandemic has now claimed 37,019 deaths.

Also in France, 46,290 new cases of Covid-19 were also detected in 24 hours, bringing the total of confirmed cases to 1,413,915.

On Saturday, Public Health France announced that there had been 224 deaths and 35,641 new cases in 24 hours.
