Promo for the new season of "Fact"
Offensive cyber company Black Cube has been ordered by a UK court to pay £ 350,000 for court costs for the "Fact" program of Arc 12, the Guardian reports.
This was after the Black Cube defamation lawsuit continued against Keshet, in which it demanded compensation of 15 million pounds.
The ruling was handed down last week, a day after Black Cube withdrew its lawsuit.
She was ordered to pay an interim fee for the expenses of Keshet and five of her journalists.
According to Black Cube, they withdrew the lawsuit because they had to prove monetary damage in the UK, while in practice there was no such damage.
A spokesman for the company told the Guardian: "The company, in accordance with the recommendation of its English lawyers, has decided not to pursue its defamation lawsuit in the UK against 'Fact' on the show aired over a year ago. Because the company's revenues increased a year after the broadcast "The company continues to claim that the broadcast was seriously incorrect and misleading, and always acts solely in accordance with the law in any area of jurisdiction in which it operates."

In June 2019, Fact aired an investigation into the industrial espionage company, which claimed that businessmen, including Idan Ofer, had hired its services to find out about politicians and regulators.
In addition, the investigation alleged that HOT considered sending a seduction girl to a journalist who attacked her.
It was further reported that company representatives were examining the issuance of fake passports and wiretaps into phones in activity in Africa.
Black Cube denied the allegations.
