Last week it was reported that Samsung may cancel the Galaxy Note series after about 9 years.

Now, it seems that this is not expected to happen so fast - at least not in the coming year.

If you rely on advertising on the PhoneArena website, which is based on the tweet of an unfamiliar leaker, the technology giant plans to launch the Galaxy Note 21 as usual - then finally eliminate the brand.

According to the same report, Samsung will unveil at a separate event to be held in June also on the Galaxy Z Fold 3, which is expected to arrive for the first time with support for the S-Pen smart pen, and even be the "heir" of the Note series.

It is also estimated that the company no longer sees any justification for continuing to develop the Note series, as a large part of the devices on the market come with a screen of the same size - one of the salient features that differentiated the brands.

For example, the Galaxy S20 Ultra comes with a 6.9-inch screen, identical to that of the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra - the largest model in the series.

As a result, rumors have been circulating on the net that the S-Pen may be integrated for the first time in the Galaxy S21 Ultra, which Samsung will probably announce in January.

So what are we likely to see in the future?

Samsung's S series will include three models: the Galaxy S21 which will come with a 6.2-inch screen, Galaxy S21 Plus, which will incorporate a 6.7-inch screen, and the most advanced model - Galaxy S21 Ultra, with a 6.8-inch display.

All models in the series may come with Qualcomm's next flagship processors - Snapdragon 875, while in some countries they will be marketed with the Exynos 2100 processors. Also, in the photography segment the Galaxy S21 Ultra may come with a main sensor with a resolution of 108 megapixels, lens Ultra-wide 12-megapixel and two telephoto lenses.

The other versions in the S series will come with a photo array that will get a slight upgrade compared to the latest generation.
