LE FIGARO.- An Ipsos survey conducted in 15 countries at the beginning of October places the French in the first rank of the reluctant to vaccination against Covid (46%).
Can we explain it?

We observe an evolution after the first confinement: a large part of the population no longer seems to feel personally threatened, perhaps because the death rate has fallen.
In addition, not much is yet known about these vaccines, which were produced at a rate unimaginable four months ago.
Is French mistrust cultural?
Historically, vaccine reluctance remained low in France until the hepatitis B episode and then the H1N1 flu episode

Since then, we have lived a complicated decade on vaccination, chaining the debates on aluminum adjuvants, the vaccine against HPV, multivalent vaccines, until the vaccination obligation.
I don't know of any other country that has seen so much controversy in such a short time.
