Also this morning (Saturday), a group of hackers known as "Black Shadow" continued to leak additional documents of the insurance company Sharvit, after yesterday the insurance company refused to pay the ransom.

The hackers published hundreds of documents, most of them insurance policies of the company's customers, medical information of plaintiffs and various documents, including bank account details and photocopies of identity cards.

This morning, a number of credit details were also published, including a photocopy of a credit card along with a photocopy of the identity card of the cardholder.

From the documents leaked today and yesterday, it is clear that the hackers do not really filter the documents they publish, since along with confidential documents were also published various advertisements for baton promotions (some were distributed as media advertising), photos of company employees at events, and branch and phone lists of various companies.

In a short and laconic statement this morning, the hackers threatened: "Wand - this is the end", but they have not, as of this moment, made new demands or new threats to the insurance company.

Like yesterday, the new documents were published this morning around 10:00 in the morning, and the hackers only took care to "stick" in the chat the recurring threat in their correspondence with a scepter representative published yesterday in "Israel Today": "We keep our word."

Meanwhile, the company published a response to the current information leak at noon and wrote: "This morning, blackshadow published additional messages of cyber terrorism, threats and extortion against the insurance company Shirbit. Later, information was published on the Telegram network regarding a relatively small number of the company's customers, most of them technical documents "Garage care summaries, driver's licenses, identity cards and partial information on two credit cards, one expired and the other revoked."

"Shirbit has hired the best cyber and security experts in the country, and works in transparency and full coordination with national cyber authorities and other government agencies. The company takes care of its customers, whose details have been published on the Telegram network, and thanks the public for the trust and many reinforcements it receives from all sides."

"According to expert estimates, this is not an 'ordinary' cyber extortion attempt, one whose entire purpose is financial, but a cyber event whose real purpose is to embarrass the company and through it embarrass the entire Israeli economy. Accordingly, the company acts with discretion and close consultation with the competent authorities, including The National Cyber Authority and the Capital Market Division of the Ministry of Finance, out of responsibility and commitment first and foremost to the company's customers, and out of a vision for their good and the good of the economy and the state. "

"It is important to emphasize that the decision not to give in to blackmail does not derive a financial calculation! Opposite is true. Shirbit is a stable and strong economic and insured against incidents of cyber. Consideration stands in front of her is first and foremost the best interests of customers.

Shirbit invested and continue to invest all financial resources and efforts, "At the same time, the company continues to provide its customers with a full service, including underwriting, renewal of policies, payment of claims and more. The company will continue to update its customers on developments with transparency and optimal efficiency."

Remember, yesterday morning

The ultimatum issued by the hacker group "Black Shadow" to the insurance company "Shirbit" expired, and the burglars published more than a thousand sensitive documents including checks, identity cards, medical information, vehicle licenses, documents and internal photos of the company's employees.

The hackers accuse the company of disrespecting customers - and reveal (according to them) the correspondence with the insurance company.

Since the break-in and the start of the leak, there have been lengthy negotiations between the negotiation expert hired by the company and the hackers. The company claims that it is convinced that the financial motive is not the one behind the attackers: "Professional sources have concluded that cyber terrorism has a strategic impact." "Shirbit's management has decided to treat them as aggressors should and not to succumb to threats from strategically motivated parties."

The hacker group's telegram page read immediately after the ultimatum expired: "We did what we promised. The company did not want to pay us. Shirbit proved to everyone that customer documents are not important to them. We still keep our word. This is our correspondence with Shirbit, and judge for yourself. They wanted to play with us. "
