Discovery Sport and Ivec - the first two swallows of the plug-in hybrid attack

The electric system, which is responsible for the rear wheels, uses 15 kilowatt-hour batteries, which will propel the models to a little more than 60 declared electric kilometers (62 in Discovery Sport and 66 in Iveco) up to a maximum speed of 135 km / h in electric power only.
The models have three operating configurations, a full hybrid - in which the vehicle independently manages the energy economy.
Electric mode - where it will give the maximum range when using electricity only and SAVE mode, where only the petrol engine is used in order to save the battery for later use.
Arrangement is required as more and more cities in Europe restrict travel in the city center to vehicles with electric propulsion only.
Charging times range from 6.7 hours of regular household sediment, 2.75 hours from charging station.
A 50 kW fast public charging station (DC) will charge the battery to 80 percent in just 20 minutes.
Up to 66 km declared electric range
Both models come in the S Plus finish level and include, among other things, the TERRAIN RESPONSE system and additional auxiliary systems for the terrain, electric direction for the leather seats, sensors and parking camera, sunroof, electric trunk door, Meridian audio system, central mirror that also serves as a rear camera screen And more.
Safety systems include, among other things, automatic braking, lane departure correction, adaptive cruise control and a "dead zone" vehicle warning.
Prices: Range Rover Evoque PHEV will cost NIS 415,000 and Discovery Sport NIS 420,000.
According to the importer, these prices will also remain after the green tax update in January 2021.
