An increase that worries Jérôme Salomon who explained at a press conference that
“in France, after a sharp drop in the number of cases, an increasing trend has been observed for a few days.
The end of year holiday season is under risk ”.

The number of serious cases admitted to intensive care rose to 2808, or 150 in 24 hours.
