The trajectories of our neighbors
Typology of epidemic trajectories in countries neighboring France. Countries are ranked by the number of cases per million population, in descending order, as of December 21, 2020.
The
Luxembourg
is the most affected country of our neighbors in proportion to its size.
On December 21, it recorded 612.07 cases per million inhabitants.
This is the lowest number since the start of the “second wave”, but it remains the most important of our neighbors.

The
United Kingdom is currently going
through a strong epidemic resumption, since it is on November 21 that the number of cases per million inhabitants the highest of this "second wave" was recorded: 431 cases per million inhabitants .

The
Germany
recorded a slow recovery but its regular caseload.

The
Italy
experienced a "second wave" somewhat similar to that of France, but less strong and shifted, reaching 580.08 cases per million inhabitants on 16 November.
