A building exploded on Wednesday in the center of Madrid.
It was around 3:00 p.m. (French time) when the tremor was felt.
No information on potential victims has yet been given but the images of destruction are impressive.

We can observe on the witness videos rubble on the sidewalk of Toledo Street, and a large plume of smoke.
According to the Spanish site ABC, the affected building was located at number 98. It consisted of eight floors, and housed many elderly people.
