Olivier A. waited 48 years and a “shattered” life to find the strength to testify.
This Monday, he delivers to the newspaper Le Monde childhood memories linked to alleged acts of incest, which he attributes to his uncle, the television producer Gérard Louvin, as well as to the latter's husband, Daniel Moyne.
Gérard Louvin's nephew filed a complaint against the couple on January 8 for "rape of a minor under 15 years old by ascendant", "complicity in rape of a minor under 15 years by ascendant" and "corruption minors, ”reports the daily.
The facts started when he was "10, 11 years old," he explains.
Gérard Louvin and his companion invited him to sleep in their apartment in Boulogne-Billancourt (Hauts-de-Seine).
This is where Daniel Moyne, then in his thirties, "imposed masturbations and blowjobs on him", in the complicit silence of the star television producer, according to the complaint reported by Le Monde.

This ordeal will then be repeated "very often", according to the complainant, even in the basement of the house of Olivier's parents.
The facts, according to him, "worsened until the age of 14".
But at the beginning of January, the publication of Camille Kouchner's book, “La Familia Grande” (Ed. Du Seuil), on the alleged rapes suffered by his brother, allows a release of speech, an “electric shock” for Olivier A.
His complaint follows.
"It allows my client to formalize, from a legal point of view, and whatever the outcome, the possibility of having his victim status recognized", explains his lawyer, Maître Pierre Debuisson, in the evening daily.
Gérard Louvin and Daniel Moyne deny
Olivier A. confides for the first time in the mid-2000s about the rapes he claims to have suffered, during family therapy.
“At first, I didn't want to believe it,” explains his mother, Gérard Louvin's sister, to Le Monde.
I did not associate the idea of my brother, whom I admired, and that of a pedophile.

For his part, Gérard Louvin, the only brother of his mother, rejects these accusations and evokes in the daily newspaper "a permanent blackmail for money on the part of Olivier", who "thinks that Gérard is very rich, so he asks him for money on pain of filing a complaint, ”transcribed his lawyer, Me Christophe Ayela.
