Probably Elon Musk would turn up his nose in front of the new elegant 2-door convertible Tesla Model S built by the Modena-based Ares Design on the order of a customer.
If his latest aesthetic reference is the proportions and lines of the Cybertruck, it would not be surprising if this 100% made in Italy 'beauty care' was not understood by Mr. Testa.

With the care Ares Design Tesla Model S gains in elegance
But all those 'non-billionaires' who often combine the concept of a beautiful car with that of elegance and harmony, the Tesla Model S Convertible cannot fail to like it.
The car, completely re-bodied and re-designed in the body - to become a two-door and tolerate the cutting of the roof structure - has gained in aesthetic balance and exclusivity, so much so that even the original nose is 'acceptable', which is not exactly one of the Strengths of the Model S. The new (longer) doors and the different line of the side also contributed to this result, which together with the specific tires and suspension changes make the Model S more 'grounded', thus emphasizing the electric performance of this one-off model. The Ares Design Style Center has designed a new rear hood that leaves the necessary space to accommodate the roof when the electric mechanism lowers it to reveal the passenger compartment.
And to finish on the outside, the specialists from Modena have added a touch of further customization with the assembly of an aerodynamic kit in carbon fiber designed by Ates itself.
Inside, the upholstery specialists have updated the front seats and tailored the rear seats, finishing it all with hand-stitched ice white leather with orange details, as requested by the client who commissioned it.
'' In Ares - said Dany Bahar co-founder and CEO of the Modena-based company - our philosophy of co-creation allows customers to work side by side with our designers and engineers to create their own bespoke vehicle, a service exclusive to Ares.
This Tesla project is a prime example of that, a pure body building project. ''
