With the arrival of 2021, Mazda3 becomes a sedan and comes in a Sedan version.
After the launch in 2019 of the fourth generation of Mazda3 and in consideration of the success achieved also in the other European markets, Mazda Italy has in fact decided to enrich the offer by integrating the sedan body into the list.

Distinct and complementary to the 5-door version, Mazda3 Sedan is aimed at a target of different ages and needs, more directed towards a concept of elegance of a sedan, rather than the compactness and sportiness of a hatchback.
In keeping with the Kodo design, the smooth surfaces of the Mazda3 Sedan are classic and in search of perfect proportions.
The typical Mazda3 front grille wings, black on the 5-door, are now chrome-plated to accentuate the perception of quality.
The different shape of the body, in addition to stylistically connote the car, also allows the Mazda3 Sedan to be able to count on a load capacity of 450 liters (which become 1,138 when the rear seats are folded down).
As for the interior, the Mazda3 Sedan offers the same design as the 5-door, with a driving position that features the classic horizontal and symmetrical development based on Mazda's 'less is more' philosophy.
To differentiate the sedan, however, is the availability, on the top of the range, of a Pure White leather as an alternative to the classic Black leather.
The Mazda3 Sedan is available in three trim levels with three petrol engines, all hybrid: Executive, with 122 HP Mazda M Hybrid Skyactiv-G engine, available with manual gearbox only;
Exceed with 150 HP Mazda M Hybrid Skyactiv-G engine, available with manual and automatic transmission;
Exclusive with 186 HP Mazda M Hybrid Skyactiv-X engine available with manual and automatic transmission.
All powertrains feature Mazda M Hybrid technology.
In particular, the versions with 122 HP and 150 HP 2.0L Skyactiv-G engines with 6-speed manual gearbox and 2.0L Skyactiv-X with both manual and automatic gearboxes, have a level of CO2 emissions in the WLTP cycle within the limit of 135 g / km;
this allows access to state incentives of 1,500 euros in case of scrapping, which the Italian government introduced with the 2021 budget law, to which is added the Mazda Ecobonus for a further 3,000 euros.
Mazda3 Sedan can already be ordered and is expected to arrive in Italian dealerships in February with a list price ranging from 26,800 euros for the 2.0L Skyactiv-G 122 HP Executive version up to 33,500 euros for the 2.0L Skyactiv-X Exclusive.
