The transition to Telegram becomes particularly easy:
Update number 7.4 to Telegram for Apple users, which will be officially released soon, brings with it the option to import call history from competing applications - including WhatsApp, Line and KakaoTalk (Korean messaging app).
The goal, of course, is to find a solution to one of the biggest obstacles in switching between instant messaging apps - to break away from call history.
In addition, Telegram wants to take advantage of the storm surrounding Westap's new privacy policy, which has led to a mass influx of competing applications - including Signal.
How It Works?
In a tweet on the Twitter account Telegram Türkçe presented the process, which should be done for each call individually - by clicking on "Export chat", this is because WhatsApp does not allow to export calls en masse.
After exporting you can choose where to save the ZIP file, which includes a backup of the call you selected - then share it with a telegram that will ask you with which chat in the app you would like to sync the new content.

Do you have an iPhone?
Check if the new option is already available for you, as the update has not yet reached all users.
It is also important to emphasize that once you copy the calls to your telegram, your content, including all messages and photos, will no
longer be end-to-end encrypted
and will be transferred to Telegram.
