Covid-19: 23,337 new cases, more than 400 deaths in hospital on Tuesday

On Tuesday, 28,029 Covid-19 patients were hospitalized (+155 compared to the day before), including 2,189 new admissions in 24 hours (against 1,750 on Monday), according to the Public Health France database.

Among the most serious cases, 3,270 Covid-19 patients were in intensive care or intensive care, a figure also on the rise (+52), with 369 new admissions in 24 hours (against 318).

Four weeks after the start of vaccination in France, more than 1.54 million people received at least one dose of the vaccine.
