In the first phase, cyber courses will be held in the Galilee landscape, Tirat Carmel, in the Neve David and Sha'ar Aliya neighborhoods in Haifa (Shagat HaAgan), Olga neighborhood in Hadera, Kiryat HaMishorim neighborhood in Petah Tikva (Shevet Barak), Ariel, Talpiot East neighborhood in Jerusalem, Kiryat Gat, Ashdod, Ashkelon and Eilat .
