"A unique collaboration between the Cyber Education Center founded by the Ministry of Defense and the Rashi Foundation with the Scout movement. Hundreds of members of the movement from the geographical and social periphery, take online courses on computer networks and cyber. They will teach the courses together with professional instructors. In the first phase, cyber courses will be held in the Galilee landscape, Tirat Carmel, in the Neve David and Sha'ar Aliya neighborhoods in Haifa (Shagat HaAgan), Olga neighborhood in Hadera, Kiryat HaMishorim neighborhood in Petah Tikva (Shevet Barak), Ariel, Talpiot East neighborhood in Jerusalem, Kiryat Gat, Ashdod, Ashkelon and Eilat .
Most of the sessions are delivered in an online layout adapted to the spirit of the period.
In the second phase, it is planned to teach additional courses in other localities, as well as to offer interested students further courses to expand their knowledge in computing and programming.

The course will teach basic concepts in the world of computer communication: IP, DNS, HTTP Client-server model: how communication between computers takes place, model 5 layers: process, actions and tasks of information transfer.
They will also learn protocols on the Internet: what is a protocol, and how common protocols work in each stratum.
As stated, the purpose of the activity is to expand the horizons of the trainees and apprentices and expose them to the world of computers, while the movement intends to offer interested students outstanding continuing education courses to expand their knowledge in computing and programming.
