Maserati has decided to share the photographs of the new model exclusively with the Maserati Family.

The prototype cars are engaged in an intense period of testing (on the road, on the track, in off-road routes and in various conditions of use) to collect fundamental data that will allow the final tuning of the new SUV.

Grecale will be produced in Cassino where an investment of approximately 800 million euros has been planned.

The engine was designed and built, like the Neptune of the MC20, by Maserati.

The World Premiere of the Grecale SUV will take place by the end of 2021. From 2022 there will also be the electric version.

Maserati Grecale will play a leading role in the Trident plan which envisages 16 model launches by 2024, 3 of which are completely new.

In these 4 years they will cover 90% of the brand's market.

In 2021, in addition to the production of the Grecale and the hybrid version of the Levante, the MC20 also arrives.

The Grecale engine also follows the brand's new course: built and designed entirely by Maserati, it derives from the Neptune, the engine that drives the MC20.

The SUV will also be equipped with a hybrid engine and, from 2022, with an electric one that - they assure - will have 100% Maserati DNA.
