Tesla, which began marketing its cars earlier this month and received a very warm welcome from hundreds of customers who hurried to order their car inventory within hours of the start of marketing, is having a hard time meeting local demand and postponing deliveries from March to June.
In the WhatsApp, Telegram and other groups of Tesla customers the reactions to this laconic message were received in a very unfavorable spirit.
In some of them, the members have been complaining for many days that there is no answer to their inquiries to the manufacturer in all the communication channels.

Among the customers whose car delivery was rejected are customers who have already sold the car they own in order to finance the coveted Tesla, others have already ordered and installed charging stations costing thousands of shekels, ordered complementary car fittings such as mats, roof covers or screen protectors. New cars to buy the Tesla.
It should be noted that the sympathetic and protective attitude of the manufacturer that prevailed in the groups was very quickly replaced by criticism and it must be said, quite justified on the disconnect and lack of response felt by some customers, also in terms of information about appropriate charging stations and other technical details.

Some customers are considering going to court with the manufacturer, although the contract does not specify a guaranteed delivery time and the company did not commit to delivery within a certain date range.
Other early customers demand compensation from the company in the form of a charging station or various upgrades.
"The problem is that from the beginning something would have been wrong..at least for me ... but the desire to ride is stronger than anything ... but in the last two days I realized" writes a team member.
And then adds: "From the first moment we were Tesla rags, zero service, zero answers, zero responsibility, played us like dolls" writes one of the customers.
According to another member of the group, the reason stems from "over-booking", a situation in which companies receive orders in greater quantities than the supply they can provide in order to ensure the quota is filled, a phenomenon that was common in the world of flights.
Customers are now waiting as they are due to receive their cars during the month of March in order to receive final instructions for transferring the full payment to Tesla and at least hope that the cars will indeed arrive within the promised time frame.
