", namely Paris, Yvelines, Essonne, Val- d'Oise, Val-de-Marne, Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-et-Marne, Seine-Saint-Denis, Nord, Pas-de-Calais, Oise, Somme, Bouches-du-Rhône, Var, Alpes-Maritimes, Rhône, Drôme, Moselle, Meurthe-et-Moselle and Eure-et-Loir.

Any constraints will be announced next week, after consultations.
