"Terribly Sexist": Taylor Swift vs. Netflix's hit series
The singer did not like a joke at her expense in the new series "Ginny and Georgia".
"2010 called and she wants back her horribly lazy and sexist joke," she wrote. "Maybe we'll stop humiliating hardworking women by defining this shit as funny?"

Taylor Swift did not get the joke nicely at her expense in the Netflix hit series, "Ginny and Georgia."
The streaming giant's new comedy drama follows a young mother, Georgia, and her teenage daughter Ginny.
During an argument between the two over dates and relationships, the girl says to her mother, "What do you care? You get through men faster than Taylor Swift."
Since the series aired last Wednesday, the line has gone viral among the singer's angry fans on social media, pointing to the fact that she's been in a continuous relationship for four years, so the joke is moldy and irrelevant.
Tonight (Monday) Swift herself also commented on Twitter.
"Hey, 'Ginny and Georgia,' 2010 called and she wants back her horribly lazy and sexist joke. Maybe we'll stop humiliating hardworking women by defining this shit as funny?", She wrote.
"Also Netflix, after 'Miss Americana' this outfit doesn't look cute on you. A happy women's history month, I guess."
"Miss Americana," as I recall, is the documentary about Swift that aired on Netflix in January 2020.

This is not the first time Swift has had a hard time accepting jokes at her expense.
At the 2013 Golden Globe ceremony, which, like yesterday, was hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, the presenters warned her to stay away from Michael J. Fox's son so as not to break his heart.
Months later Swift said sternly with the quote, "There is a special place in hell for women who do not help other women."
