The judges pronounced the same sentence for the former high magistrate Gilbert Azibert and the historical lawyer of the ex-president, Thierry Herzog, accompanied for the latter by a professional ban of five years.
The former magistrate and the former lawyer were also found guilty of breach of professional secrecy.
