The prosecution announces this Thursday afternoon the indictment for manslaughter of Christophe Ellul, the companion of Elisa Pilarski.
The latter, 29 years old and pregnant, was found dead in a forest in the Aisne at the end of 2019 where she was walking Curtis, near a huntsman, after "a hemorrhage following several bites", according to the autopsy.

His companion had implicated the hunting pack, but the results of DNA analyzes and an examination of the bites "tend to demonstrate the exclusive involvement of the dog Curtis in the bites which led to the death" of the young woman.
“Curtis is innocent.
He would never have killed Elisa ”, then reacted Christophe Ellul, criticizing the expert reports.
