Nadine, Cédric Jubillar's mother, has a lot on her heart.
This Wednesday morning, in an audio recording broadcast by France Bleu Occitanie, an anonymous witness delivered shattering statements.
And devastating for the image of her son, the husband of Delphine Jubillar, Albi's nurse who disappeared since the night of December 15 to 16.
This "deep gorge" is presented by local radio as a "member of the family of Cédric Jubillar".
The male voice, modified to blur the identification, evokes in particular the very dark projects that would have crossed Cédric's mind.
"Several times before the disappearance, we heard him say to his mother:
Yes I am going to kill her, I am going to bury her, no one is going to find her

),
she wants to leave me, she wants to ask for a divorce
, declares this unidentified source.
“He knew he was going to lose everything, that he was going to have to start all over again.
For him, Delphine was the pillar, she was the one who did everything.
He had it all thanks to her.
Overnight, seeing yourself lose everything can drive a man crazy.
She had already programmed everything (...) She wanted sole custody of her children.
At no time would she have wanted him to grow them up (
sic
).

"These words are hurtful and very serious"
Following the dissemination of these accusations which directly implicate her, we contacted Nadine Jubillar on several occasions.
At first without success.
Then, this Friday, Delphine's mother-in-law agreed to come out of her silence.
But only to react to the comments broadcast the day before on France Bleu and since taken up in many media.

"These words are shocking, hurtful and very serious," Nadine Jubillar told Parisien - Today in France.
Most importantly, they are completely inaccurate.
Never ever, Cédric made such comments and especially not in front of me.
I can guarantee it.
This person, who wishes to remain anonymous, wants to harm Cédric, that's obvious.
But from there to uttering such lies, it's mind-blowing.
As for the question of child custody, that is yet another lie.
Delphine and Cédric had agreed on the principle of alternating custody.
But by what hatred of my son is this person animated?

Since Wednesday, investigators are interested in this testimony which does not appear in any recorded testimony so far.
And they too seek to identify the author.
A judicial investigation has been open since December 23 by the Toulouse public prosecutor's office for "arbitrary arrest, kidnapping, detention or sequestration for more than 7 completed days".
The investigation was entrusted to the gendarmes of the Toulouse research section, supported by their colleagues from the Albi company.
To date, several dozen hearings have been organized by investigators, but no suspect has yet been taken into police custody.
