A 28-year-old man was indicted on Friday for kidnapping, kidnapping, rape, violence with weapons, acts of torture and barbarism against a 27-year-old woman, said the Toulouse prosecutor (Haute-Garonne )
This young woman, victim of abuse, including sexual abuse, particularly dangerous, was released Wednesday by the gendarmes.
Raped and beaten, she was found prostrate in the apartment of the alleged assailant, arrested in the wake of this discovery.
According to La Dépêche du Midi, it would be her ex-boyfriend.
She had to be hospitalized.
"A painful affair and unbearable facts", for his part indicated the Toulouse prosecutor, Dominique Alzeari, who refused to elaborate on these "abject" acts, preferring to salute the "exceptional" work of the gendarmes.
The gendarmerie had been notified on Wednesday of the "disturbing disappearance" the previous night of this young woman, who had indicated in a message to a friend that "someone was trying to return" to her home.
On the spot, the gendarmes found the accommodation empty but the investigators recognized "a palm trace" found on the victim's car as being that of an individual known to the courts.
They immediately went to the suspect's home, where they found and rescued the young woman.
