Fictitious account taker: Recently, masses of Israelis have been complaining that fake profiles have begun to attach them to fictitious groups on the social network, most of them of a sexual nature.
In the meantime, there is a very simple solution, but it is not yet available to everyone.
This is a phenomenon where a profile you do not know automatically joins a group with other users - without you being able to do anything.
In most cases the same groups come to Requests, so it is possible that many may have joined such a group but are not aware of it.
The purpose of those profiles, if you still do not understand, is to pass on links that lead to dubious sites, motivate you to download malicious applications, along with attempts to withdraw your user account information in different and varied ways, or just be a nuisance.
What is the solution?
Go to Instagram - Settings - Privacy - Messages - and below you will see an option to mark that only people you follow can add you (Only People You Follow on Intsaram).
Currently, for some unknown reason, this option is only available to some users.
