Yohann Malory, lyricist of Johnny Hallyday, M Pokora and Miossec in particular, was taken into custody Wednesday in Paris, as part of an investigation targeting him for sexual assault.
The 36-year-old author, composer, lyricist was taken into custody at the 1st DPJ (judicial police), according to information from Point.
The Paris prosecutor's office opened on October 19 an investigation following the filing of several complaints implicating Yohann Malory for sexual offenses.
A complaint for slanderous denunciation
According to our information, it is a 24-year-old artist, Lola Le Lann, who broke the affair by announcing on October 6 that she had decided to cancel the release of her first album.
She then explained that she had received several testimonies accusing Yohann Malory, one of the authors of the songs on her album, of assault.
Model Charlotte Lemay has also filed a complaint against the lyricist, as she first told Le Parisien in February.

The lyricist's lawyer, Me Antoine Vey, then argued that his client was “a victim of slanderous and highly evolving publications on social networks”.
On January 8, Yohann Malory sent the Paris prosecutor's office a complaint for slanderous denunciation.
“I suffer immense harm even though I am innocent.
My name has been sullied, ”he lamented in our columns.
This year saw the birth of the Musictoo movement, which collects the testimonies of women harassed or sexually assaulted in the world of music.
On October 1, he had collected no less than 277 testimonies in music - 93% name their attacker and 67% are anonymous, and since several names have fallen.
After rapper Moha La Squale, denounced on social networks for serious facts, singer Spleen, rapper Retro X and lyricist Yohann Malory are accused of sexual assault and rape.
