HOT launched this morning (Monday) at a press conference HOT fiber, an Internet network of up to 1000 MB on a fiber optic network - about six months after its partnership agreement with the fiber optic company IBC, which operates the 'Unlimited' brand.
In fact, HOT is pulling the standard speed up and now offers a variety of Internet packages at speeds of 200 megabytes, 500 megabytes and 1000 megabytes, while automatically upgrading about 100,000 existing customers to high browsing speeds - at no extra charge.
"HOT is leading the communications market in Israel and once again sets a new surfing standard with the fastest Internet launch in the widest deployment in Israel, both in the fiber and cable network," said HOT CEO Tal Granot Goldstein, adding: Provide them with the highest browsing speeds. "
According to the company, the change allows more than 600,000 households living in the deployment areas to join the fiber-optic network, and offers a variety of attractive packages on the fiber network that include, among others, single and triple packages.
The price of the new chain: starting at NIS 119 for the first 3 months, and then NIS 149.
The rent for the modem will be about NIS 19.90 per month - not including installation at a cost of NIS 14.90 spread over 36 payments.
HOT's fiber customers will receive an advanced innovative visual interface based on an app called HOT TV - for those who own a smart TV that supports Android TV, or the operating system of Samsung, LG or Hisense.
Among other things, you can find: advanced pitchers, binges and cloud recordings.
Also, for those who do not have a smart TV, the company has also launched an Android TV-based streamer called HOT Streamer, including a remote with shortcut buttons for VOD and digit buttons for easy switching between channels.
