Oops: A model of Apple's flagship device was able to go through the quality control process at the factory - and arrived at the customer with a rare defect • Now, it is sold for an unprecedented amount
A treasure for collectors only:
a rare model of iPhone 11 Pro with a manufacturing defect sold for an unprecedented $ 2,700 - almost three times the price of the new generation, the iPhone 12 Pro.
The defect is in the location and angle of the Apple logo on the back of the device, which is usually located in the center.
The photos were posted on the
Internal Archive Twitter
account
, which regularly shares Apple's prototypes and rare accessories.
In the present case, the logo on the iPhone 11 Pro model is located to the right of what it should normally be.
According to the publication, this is a rare printing error that can occur in only 1 in 100 million devices.
A misprint iPhone 11 Pro that sold for 2700 $.
This misprint is extremely rare- I'd say 1 in 100 million or possibly even rarer.

It was also alleged that the device managed to leave the factory after undergoing Apple's rigorous quality control processes, and was in fact sold to the customer when it was closed in packaging.
Usually in such cases the products are destroyed after production, in order to prevent them from getting into the hands of collectors and users.
