With a length of 4.68 and a height of 1.89, I-Pace boasts a wheelbase of 2.99 meters, which enhances its massive presence on the road. The rims, you can also choose 22 "ones, help to increase the mighty appearance of this SUV that certainly does not disappoint in terms of habitability and stowage capacity.
The electrical architecture has allowed the designers to make the most of the interior spaces: the absence of the transmission tunnel made it possible to place a 10.5 liter storage compartment under the central armrest.The unconventional gearbox allows to save space inside the tapered center console, ideal for telephones and keys.
The cargo capacity of the I-Pace is completed by the 1,453-liter rear compartment and the 27-liter front compartment under the hood, useful for positioning the charging cables.

Thanks to the suite of InControl technologies inside I-Pace you are always connected. The car's equipment includes the Pivi Pro with Smart Settings that learns the preferences of those behind the wheel, a navigation system that displays elements such as charging stations and parking lots, in addition to the Online Pack. The Smartphone Pack facilitates use of selective apps on the touch screen, while the Jaguar Remote app allows you to interact safely with your car from your smartphone.
The infotainment system is designed to simplify the control of all car functions and connected devices. This system features a 10 "touchscreen integrated into the dashboard and a low 5.5" touchscreen with multi-function dynamic selectors. A high-definition interactive display is located in front of the driver, from which the navigation system is accessed with route suggestions that optimize range: the digital instrumentation is easily legible with contextual displays for viewing specific data.
I-Pace is equipped with two permanent magnet synchronous electric motors positioned at the front and rear axles. Each engine produces 200hp and 348Nm of torque, for a total of 400hp and 696Nm. The All Wheel Drive (AWD) system provides traction on all four wheels for maximum performance.
The instantaneous linear acceleration is truly burning, it has no delays or shift interruptions. The numbers are impressive: it goes from 0 to 100 km / h in just 4.8 seconds despite the total weight of all respect: we are talking about 2,200 kg.
To ensure the agility of a sports car, the 90 kWh battery is positioned inside the floor, between the axles,in order to give a low center of gravity and an optimal weight distribution.
The aerodynamic design helps to immediately perceive the sporting qualities of this SUV, the suspensions absorb the roughness of the asphalt well while the driving assistance systems, such as the cruise control with automatic speed adjustment and distance from the car in front work well and they do not intervene abruptly. Of great support is the Surround Camera 3D system which uses four different integrated cameras to offer an innovative third-person view of I-Pace. New 3D perspectives and 360 ° top view simplify maneuvering.
The maximum autonomy declared by the house is 470 km, even if during our test the average autonomy has slightly exceeded 300 km. A fact that should not be alarming: I-Pace is equipped with an 11 kW three-phase on-board charger that can fully recharge the car all night and guarantee up to 53 km of autonomy per hour. As for the public charging points, I-Pace is designed for charging speeds of up to 100 kW in direct current for an autonomy of 127 km of autonomy every 15 minutes.
