In 2016, Apple pushed the headphone market to a wireless world with the AirPods - one of the company's surprising successes in recent years, and since then almost every technology company has offered its pair of wireless headphones.

One of them is 1More, a sound brand that operates under Shiomi and has managed to pick up quite a few awards at various conferences around the world.

Last week, the company launched the ComfoBuds Pro, wireless headphones that at first glance look very little like the Airpods Pro, but with a different finish and a price of 449 shekels.

If they provide an experience like the competition?

We checked.

Convenience design and connection

These are extremely light and very comfortable in the ear, and even if you shake your head in an extreme way, they probably will not fall off, which makes them suitable for strenuous sports activities.

To better fit them to the ear structure, you will receive a set of adapters in different sizes in the package, along with a small case made of soft and comfortable fabric.

Like almost all headphones we bought, the pairing for the smartphone is simple: a long press on a button located in the center of the inside of the charging case - and finding the model in the smartphone's Bluetooth menu.

When you put them in your ears, the indicator lights will flash and announce using a sound if you are connected.

Noise isolation and battery time

All of its ears have an indicator light that helps to know the condition of the battery, along with another light bulb in the charging case itself.

The headphones provide up to 8 hours of listening in full charge and up to 28 hours of listening through their charging case.

Also, a charge of only 15 minutes is enough for two hours of listening - which helped me a lot when I wanted to leave the house and discovered that there was no battery.

The slightly disappointing part about the headphones is their ability to isolate environmental noises in a rather mediocre and even disappointing way.

For example, when I was sitting in a noisy environment I could still hear pretty clear sounds that the AirPods Pro managed to filter out almost completely.

On the other hand, it's important to remember that ComfoBuds Pro sells 50% less than Apple's headphones.

To switch to noise cancellation, press and hold the center of the headset with your finger until you hear a sound - about 3 seconds.

Also, the headphones are built so that as soon as you listen to the music and take one of them out for a moment, the playback stops automatically - and as soon as you return it, the music continues.

Sound

Along with all the advanced features, their sound managed to impress me quite a bit.

The ComfoBuds Pro provide very high quality, clear and powerful audio.

The low tones were a bit high for my taste, but this is something you can play with in the equalizer and adjust to your personal preference.

In terms of audio quality in the conversation it can be said that it was good, and there were no disruptions.

Bottom line

If you want to say goodbye to headphones with a wire for the first time, but on the other hand do not want to compromise on quality and spend too much money - the ComfoBuds Pro can be a great solution for your deliberation. Do you define yourself as an audiophile? Look for headphones from a more reputable brand at a higher price.

Price: 449 shekels.
