Videoconferences, scouting ... the indicted suspects told how they had met the mother of the child, prepared the kidnappi

This Thursday, the Swiss authorities announced that Lola Montemaggi, Mia's mother, would be extradited in the coming days in France.

Arrested on Sunday in a squat with her 8-year-old daughter, she will be able to explain herself to the examining magistrate of Nancy (Meurthe-et-Moselle) responsible for understanding the springs of this incredible parental abduction.

The investigations have already made it possible to retrace the scenes of this clandestine operation called Lima.

A perfectly honed plan developed within a hallucinatory and hallucinating conspiratorial nebula.

Five men have so far been indicted, a sixth is on the run.

By his own admission, Adrien B., 42, is the first to come into contact with Lola, in February and March, through a woman whose name he does not wish to give.

In a video, the mother explains to her that her daughter has been placed with her own mother and that she can no longer exercise her visitation rights.

Nicknamed Booga, this animator based in the Doubs is close to Rémy Daillet Wiedemann (RDW), a figure in the French conspiracy sphere, a refugee in Malaysia, who prides himself on “stopping the abusive placements of children”.

"He proposes to give power back to the French and to set up a new system of governance", welcomes Booga, referring to this former elected MoDem.

Little Mia and her mother were found in this squat in Sainte-Croix, Switzerland.

Adrien B. then decides to check Lola's credibility: he sends her a questionnaire of fifty questions that he has concocted and asks her to provide a medical certificate to verify that she is not taking drugs. Clearly reassured, he is opening up to members of his network. “I belong to an organization for a movement initiated by RDW. We received a mission a month and a half ago from members of my association. It was Lola who contacted them. […] We made her pass tests before taking action because we wanted to see if she was able to keep her child ”, confirms Clément R., alias the Raven, a resident of Seine-et-Marne 23-year-old suffering from serious psychological difficulties.

The members of the commando meet several times by videoconference to work out their stratagem.

“The idea that guides us is to return the child to its mother.

[…] For us, there are no legal solutions.

[…] The best solution for us was to place the mother and the child abroad, ”says Booga.

"What is criminal is the current system"

Sylvain P., 58, is in charge of coordinating the operation. He too is convinced that his action is legitimate. “To give a little girl back to her mother I think that is something that is not a crime. What is criminal is the current system, ”assumes Pitchoun, his nickname, in the face of the gendarmes. “A placement is always violence. My client was sensitive to the suffering of this mother and he responded to a distress call ”, underlines his lawyer, Me Aurélie Vaxelaire.

But this amateur pianist above all justifies his action by a very ingrained conspiracy discourse.

“We are dissidents of this system as there are many and more and more.

We consider ourselves resistant to the barbarism of this system which has been being put in place under the health pretext for almost a year and a half, ”he says, referring to the Covid-19 crisis.

“In fact, this network is RDW's.

Who called for the overthrow of this so-called government which is not the government of France.

It is currently a mafia government, like all governments […] attached to the Rothschild bank, ”he continues his diatribe.

Kidnapping of Mia: the little girl and her mother found in a squat in Switzerland

The Sunday before the kidnapping, Pitchoun, the Raven and Jean-Luc W., alias Jeannot, a third member of the group, leave the Paris region and take the road to the east. They spend a first night under the stars and then a second. On Monday evening, they are joined by Bruno B. Aged 60, this inhabitant of Doubs who has a very comfortable situation was incorporated into the project by a man nicknamed Basile, currently wanted by the gendarmes. These two met via another small conspiratorial group, the “National Council of the Transition”, whose object, according to him, is “to challenge the legitimacy of the current system”.

Three weeks before the kidnapping, Bruno B. and Basile go to the Vosges to locate the house of Mia's grandmother with whom the girl is placed.

They also meet Lola Montemaggi.

She insists that the operation take place without violence.

Bruno is convinced that the child must be returned to his mother.

“My client wanted above all to do a good deed,” says his lawyer, Me Sahra Amm.

On April 13, Operation Lima was launched.

Thanks to a kitty set up by RDW, 3000 euros are collected to defray the five active members of the commando (Booga is not there).

While Jeannot and the Raven wait with Mia's mother in a parking lot, Bruno takes Pitchoun and Basile to his grandmother's home in Les Poulières (Vosges).

While the 60-year-old waits in his car, the two men pose as social service workers and pick up the girl without difficulty.

“We did it like Arsène Lupine,” says Sylvain P. Mia is then entrusted to her mother before they are handed over to an accomplice at the Swiss border.

Nicknamed Romeo, the latter was also arrested and will also be extradited soon.

"I thought I was just doing something great"

While, at first, all the members of the group say they are very proud of this operation, their statements evolve according to the interrogations. “I want to say that what I did I did with a good heart. I wanted to help someone, but I must have run out of information. I thought I was just doing something awesome. I may have been manipulated by the movement's staff, ”explains Clément R. Contactée, his lawyer, Me Laure Habeneck, did not wish to speak.

Faced with the examining magistrate, Sylvain P. also admits that he may have made a mistake, but claims to have acted "with the best intention in the world". But it is Booga who shows himself the most contrite when the magistrate exposes to him all the reasons which pushed the justice to remove the custody of Mia from his mother, whose behavior is obviously dysfunctional. “If these statements are true, the child could be in danger with his mother. I was not aware of these elements. […], He slips. I realize that I was wrong. "
