A week after the indictment of Arnaud Mimran, the alleged sponsor, a man suspected of being one of the two scooter killers was apprehended last week.
According to our information, BK, 38, was indicted Thursday for "organized murder" and "criminal association" in the context of this case followed by the specialized interregional court (JIRS), after 96 hours of guards in seen in the premises of the criminal squad.

The indictment of Arnaud Mimran on April 15 for the murder of Samy Souied and the assassination of billionaire Claude Dray was a major step forward, more than ten years after the fact.
The "golden boy" was remanded in custody, when he was already in prison for the gigantic VAT scam on the carbon market.
Next June, he is due to appear before an Assize Court for the kidnapping, forcible confinement and attempted extortion of a Swiss banker.
The ex-boxer Farid Khider, placed in police custody at the same time as Mimran, was released without any charge brought against him.
