Mindfulness at school, a good idea or a fad?


DECRYPTION - An experiment is planned in classes from CM1 to fifth. But research is still in its infancy on the benefits of the practice.

Reserved for a few initiates fifteen years ago, mindfulness, or "mindfulness", is now part of the life of more and more French people.
