The municipal policewoman was seriously injured with a knife by a man quickly arrested by an impressive deployment of gendarmes.

This drama takes place in a context where the police are the target of deadly attacks.

On May 5, in Avignon, a police officer who was checking a drug point of sale was shot dead.

On April 23, an administrative official succumbed to stab wounds at the Rambouillet police station, in the Yvelines region.
