Vaccination of obese people, a blind spot in the vaccination campaign

Only half of people suffering from obesity in France received a first injection while they represented one in two patients in intensive care last April.


At a time when the threshold of 30 million first-vaccinated French people is about to be crossed, a few days ahead of the June 15 target launched by the government, only 47% of people suffering from severe obesity received a first dose according to Health Insurance.
