The staff of a school where he worked as an extracurricular activity leader (TAP) worried about seeing him locked in a room with a little boy.
The school administration, the town hall and National Education had been notified, but the explanations then provided by the facilitator were sufficient.
According to the testimonies of the parents of his young victims gathered during the investigation, the activities of the facilitator had serious consequences: night terrors, bedwetting, aggressiveness, hyperprecocious sexual behavior… the clinical picture is heavy.
Child pornography photos and videos
In his computer, investigators discovered several child pornography photos and videos. Documents drawn from the Internet, but also some personal photos which also earned him prosecution. The expert psychiatrist who examined him concluded that the host did not suffer from any mental pathology, while emphasizing the dangerousness of his deviant sexual orientation. The psychologist for his part noted a risk of recidivism, even if he specifies that the accused says he is aware of his pedophile problem. Contacted, his lawyer did not wish to speak before the hearing.
