A 20-year-old man died by stabbing Sunday morning in Plomelin, near Quimper, during a brawl in which a 19-year-old man was also injured, we learned from the firefighters.
The latter, slightly injured, was hospitalized, according to the same source.
The firefighters were called at 6:02 am for the brawl in this town south of Quimper.
Questioned, the prosecutor of Quimper Carine Halley confirmed in the afternoon “the death by stabbing of a young man as well as the wounds caused on another victim (…) during a brawl the causes of which are not known at this time ”.
"The investigations are underway in order to establish on the one hand the exact circumstances in which these facts occurred and on the other hand the identity of the people likely to be involved", added the magistrate.
