Cellcom TV customers have been complaining about a viewing glitch since the afternoon.

Meanwhile, the call center technical support service is unable to cope with the load - and customers are furiously turning to social networks.

According to customer comments on the Facebook page "Talking about Cellcom TV", which has more than 13,000 members, the malfunction is felt in most parts of the country.

"Everything has collapsed and customer service is not responding," a company customer wrote on the page.

Cellcom responded:

"There is a malfunction in the TV services of some of its customers. The malfunction is being treated and the company will update until it is resolved."
