The Minister in charge of SMEs Alain Griset said on Monday to wait "calmly" for his summons in September before the Paris Criminal Court for incomplete declarations of assets and interests.
The High Authority for the Transparency of Public Life (HATVP), to which members of the government must declare their assets, had announced that he was going to court on November 24 in the case of Mr. Griset, the latter having failed to declare " financial investments held in a share savings plan (PEA), as well as the associated cash account, for a total amount of € 171,000 ”.

"Good faith" in this operation
"I had the renewed confidence of the President of the Republic, of the Prime Minister, I thank them for it," declared Alain Griset, interviewed this Monday on France Info.
I calmly await this convocation, it will allow me to explain, to give the supporting documents, and to show my good faith in this operation ”.
The minister added that there was "nothing to justify anything that prevents (him) from working".
Asked about a resignation in case of conviction, Alain Griset said that he "does not envisage a conviction".
"Then all that depends on the decision of the President of the Republic and the Prime Minister," he continued.
There is a date that has been given, but the facts have been known since November.
I do not believe that this has, at any time, prevented the action that I have been doing since the month of November ”.
